Mission: The Mission of G.I.R.L. Power Mentoring Program is to assist young ladies with gaining powerful characteristics, accessing the power they hold within and maintaining their mental health.
Goal: G.I.R.L. Power Mentoring Program wants every girl to understand that they can be irresistible and powerful as well as build a sisterhood within our organization.
Vision: G.I.R.L. Power Mentoring Program is committed to empowering and transforming the lives of young ladies. Our vision is to create bonds, uplift and educate through our creative and customized program that tailors to key components that include but is not limited to: building self-love, overcoming identity crisis, overcoming the need for attention, identifying themselves in their sister, mental stability, adverse childhood experiences (ACES), trauma and more.

G.I.R.L. is an acronym for Genuine, Inspirational, Responsible and Leader. Our program embeds those attributes in all activities and mentor sessions. We are committed to empowering and transforming the lives of young ladies. We are a 501(c)(3) classified non-profit organization that assists young ladies with gaining irresistible characteristics, accessing the power within themselves and maintaining positive mental health. Our goal is to create bonds, uplift, and educate through our creative and customized programing. Each meeting has a themed topic that guides the discovery of self-love and worth. Our program sessions are interactive and relaxed, we have a good time. During the sessions, a mentor guides dialogue and activities about life and assist the young ladies with building one of the most important relationships we have, a relationship with yourself.

Our ladies are encouraged to use the arts and writing to discover their essence and be an asset to the community. Each participant is blessed with the opportunity to work with other young ladies, allowing them to build authentic relationships, which leads to the overwhelming love of sisterhood. Utilizing the valuable feedback from our participants through confidential surveys and other forms of documentation, our programming and mentor sessions also include customized social and emotional support to all of our participants curated by our Social and Emotional Coordinator. We have a very versatile team, they’re full of passion and believes in the mission of the organization. Our team is eager, energetic and ready to use our talents to serve all of our participants to the best of our ability.
Our greatest goal, is for all girls to feel like the most powerful girl in the world. In order to do that, they must know who they are within. We strive to instill in our young ladies the ability to acknowledge, that access to the power they hold within is granted by themselves, once they reach their highest peak of self-love, self-identity, self-awareness, true characteristics including but not limited to: being genuine in everything they do, say and think, finding an inspiration and becoming an inspiration, being responsible human beings that lead to being reliable, and working hard to be our leaders of today and tomorrow. Our philosophy is that you must learn to be that of an effective follower, in order to become an effective leader, especially since we live in an era of a social media driven world. We are grateful for the opportunity to join the village it takes to train up a child the way that they should go, and they’ll never depart from it, even with their mistakes and life’s lessons. We are G.I.R.L. Power, an organization that is founded on principals of walking in the purpose and for the purpose of a #PowerfulGirl.
